This policy explains what personal data GuruAudit handles. The service is operated by Bran (individual), Hong Kong SAR, China.

1. This website

This website is a static information site. It does not use advertising, third-party analytics scripts, or tracking cookies, and it has no sign-up form; if you want early access you send us an email.

2. Account data (applies once accounts open)

Accounts may process an email address, a session hash, saved public IDs, preferences such as time zone, and sending records. Sign-in uses passwordless email links that expire after 15 minutes. Sign-in and service emails are sent through the email provider Resend.

3. Payments and Stripe

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, you enter payment details directly on Stripe's checkout; Stripe collects and processes your card or payment details, billing information, and related fraud-prevention data under its own privacy policy. GuruAudit does not receive or store your full card number. We receive from Stripe limited information needed to manage your subscription, such as your email address, customer and subscription identifiers, plan, billing status, and payment dates. We keep billing records as reasonably needed for accounting, tax, audit, dispute, and legal obligations.

4. Contact email

If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, keep necessary records, and prevent abuse. Do not send passwords, complete identification numbers, or unnecessary sensitive financial information.

5. Hosting, data location, and access logs

The website is hosted by Vercel, and the product's database and file storage are provided by Neon and Cloudflare, on servers located in the United States. Your country or region may differ from the server location; by using the site you understand that data is processed where the servers are located. The hosting provider may keep access logs containing IP address, request time, and requested URL, retained for up to 30 days.

6. Public-source information

Public author names, handles, dates, source links, and derived analysis may be processed to publish and verify track records. Authors or rights holders may request review or removal by emailing guruaudit.team@gmail.com.

7. Service providers

The providers we use are Stripe (payments), Resend (email, once accounts open), and Vercel, Neon, and Cloudflare (hosting, database, and storage). We do not sell personal data. This policy will be updated before any new provider that handles personal data is enabled.

8. Retention, security, and your requests

Account and billing data are kept while your account is active and afterward only as reasonably needed for handling, audit, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by emailing guruaudit.team@gmail.com; we may need to verify your identity and may retain records we are legally required to keep.

9. Operator, changes, and contact

The site is operated by Bran (individual), Hong Kong SAR, China. Material changes will be reflected here and the revision date updated. Privacy questions may be sent to guruaudit.team@gmail.com.
